Insulation Removal

One of the big changes we’ve made with our air duct cleaning equipment allows for better insulation removal. It’s so much easier with the H2 Duct Truck or the H1.

Both the H1 and H2 use the same fan setup with the HAVAC gas powered vacuum

The hose on the top of the HAVAC vacuum system can easily be disconnected from the top, then turned outwards.

The red arrow indicates where the hose is removed for removing insulation

With an additional hose attached, you can blow it into your filter bag, your waste bin, or whatever it is you are going to blow your insulation into. So there’s no more problems trying to cram all this insulation through a hook up chute on the outside of the truck with half your insulation failing to get through the hose with our HAVAC system all of the insulation gets sucked up, it all goes in the hose and blows directly into your bin. It’s quick, clean, efficient and it’s a nice easy way to do insulation removal.
